𝗣𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗛 begins with ripe peaches, figs, and sweet onion roasted together to deepen their natural sweetness and build a rich, fruit-forward foundation.

Apple cider vinegar and balsamic vinegar bring a bright, balanced tang, while dark brown sugar and molasses add depth without covering up the flavor of the fruit. Tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce provide the savory backbone, and smoked paprika, ground mustard, chili powder, cumin, garlic, black pepper, allspice, and cinnamon finish it with warm spice and a gentle touch of smoke.

Brush it onto chicken, pork, ribs, brisket, burgers, or grilled vegetables. Use it as a glaze during the final minutes of cooking, serve it alongside smoked meats, or pour it over a pulled-pork sandwich and let the sauce do the talking.
