𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗩𝗘𝗧 𝗕𝗕𝗤 begins with slow-roasted pineapple, onions, bell peppers, and poblanos, creating a rich foundation of natural sweetness and deep roasted flavor. Aji Lemon Drop peppers add a bright citrus note and just enough warmth to keep every bite interesting.

A touch of brown sugar rounds out the pineapple, while apple cider vinegar and white vinegar provide the tang every great barbecue sauce deserves. Garlic, salt, and smoked paprika finish it with a savory depth and gentle smokiness that ties everything together.

Brush it onto chicken, pork, ribs, burgers, shrimp, or grilled vegetables. Use it as a glaze during the final minutes of cooking, serve it as a dipping sauce, or pour it over pulled pork and barbecue sandwiches.
